At Athena's Attic LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, and shipping.
Athena's Attic LLC is a U.S.-based business and does not sell to individuals under the age of 18 under any circumstances. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Returns are accepted for refunds or replacements (if available; some items are one-of-a-kind).
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased.
A receipt is required for all returns.
Clothing must be unworn and have original tags attached.
Returns must be made during normal business hours.
Same conditions as in-store purchases (above).
Customers must contact us for a Return Authorization before shipping items back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

No returns or refunds are accepted unless Athena's Attic LLC made an error in order fulfillment (e.g., wrong file sent).
Download links are valid for 30 days from purchase.
If there is an error made by the customer (e.g., misspelled email), contact us within 14 business days of the purchase at manager@athenasatticllc.com. Include:
Name and contact info used at purchase
Purchase date and approximate time
Invoice number
Non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a fulfillment error on our part.
If an item is unavailable due to incorrect inventory or overselling, a full refund will be issued.
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will offer a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Customers must retain all packaging and contents.
Customers must cooperate with insurance claims submitted to the shipping carrier. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of refund or replacement.
In some cases, the original damaged item may need to be returned.
For multi-piece items, all pieces must be returned for a refund to be issued. Partial refunds will not be provided for items you choose to keep.
Items marked “Refused” and returned to Athena's Attic LLC will not be refunded.
If an item is returned due to a customer-provided addressing error:
A 15% restocking fee and shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.
If the addressing error is due to Athena's Attic LLC, we will cover reshipping costs or issue a full refund.
We ship via UPS, USPS, and/or FedEx within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.

We are not responsible for errors made by shipping carriers.
If your package is reported lost by the carrier, notify us within 7 business days of expected delivery.
We will coordinate with the carrier to locate the package or process reimbursement.
If the carrier confirms the item is lost, we will issue a full refund.
If a package initially marked lost is later delivered:
You must return the package to Athena’s Attic LLC or we may charge you for the unreturned merchandise.
If a shipping carrier marks a package as “Delivered” but it is missing, it is considered stolen.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for stolen items.
Please contact your local police department to report the theft.
We will provide documentation to support your report, including contents, value, proof of shipping, and proof of delivery from the carrier.
Athena’s Attic LLC does not sell or distribute digital or physical products to the following countries and regions due to legal and compliance restrictions:
Cuba
Iran
North Korea
Russia
Syria
Venezuela
Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine
Orders originating from or intended for delivery to any of the above locations will not be fulfilled. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these international restrictions.
