About Me

My name is Athena Rocar*, I am a Life Coach, Spiritual Guide, Ordained Minister (Metaphysical and non-denominational), Reiki Practitioner, and Teacher. I offer services in general wellness coaching, Reiki sessions, meditation and mindfulness instruction, marriage officiant, and spiritual guidance. I offer services that have been honed through education, training, and personal experiences to help all of my customers take control of their lives and live to their fullest potential.

I began my spiritual journey at the age of 16 with witchcraft, though I've been able to see and hear spirits since childhood. I was raised Methodist, singing in the choir under the direction of my mother, the organist. I found my connection to God non-existent and struggled with belief until the Goddess Athena reached out to me. Afraid of the connection, I pushed away and buried this belief. Athena remained with me in my dreams.

In 2017, I explored my witchcraft connection again, purchasing a tarot deck for myself. I taught myself tarot and explored this with my friends, hiding it from my family. My interest grew over the years and when my parents passed away suddenly, my beliefs no longer needed to remain hidden. My psychic abilities developed and I was no longer afraid of hearing and seeing spirits.

In 2021, I underwent a powerful spiritual awakening, which set me on the path to realign with my true self and life purpose. My connection to God and the Universe became known to me. Upon awakening, my psychic abilities exploded and new abilities took root, guiding me and allowing me to fulfill my mission to help others.

Along the way, I also built a strong foundation in physical caregiving. I earned my Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and worked in home health, hospice, and nursing homes—experiences that deepened my understanding of care beyond emotional and spiritual support. Although my license expired during the COVID-19 pandemic, the skills and compassion I gained continue to shape how I serve others today.

In 2023, I began my journey into energy healing and earned my Reiki certification. I discovered that I had been using Reiki intuitively throughout my life. This development opened the door to rediscovering other abilities I had long suppressed due to trauma. Through shadow work and healing, I learned to accept myself fully—and that self-acceptance has fueled my passion to help others on their own paths.

I have a deep passion for supporting others on their spiritual journeys and have dedicated years to creating resources and offering services that guide, uplift, and empower. I’m here to walk beside you and help you discover your unique path. Let’s grow together on this beautiful journey.
